How long does a typical migration take? +
For most small to mid-sized teams, we see 4–8 weeks from “let’s start” to “we’re live in IN ONE”. Complex setups with many tools or large historical datasets can take longer. We scope timelines with you before we touch any data.
Will we lose data or have to shut the old system off immediately? +
Our default approach is conservative. We work from exports and pilot first. Old systems stay live and read-only during the transition so you can double-check records and reporting before you switch your team fully to IN ONE.
Our data is messy. Should we clean first or just move everything? +
We do a bit of both. Some clean-up happens before import (duplicates, obvious errors), and some happens as part of designing the new structure. A migration is the perfect moment to decide what stays, what gets archived and what can go.
